You’ve stolen me.
You’ve spilled my blood.
You’ve brought me pain.
But what you’re yet to realize… I’m a fighter.
I’ve been broken before.
I’ve even at one point lost the will to live.
So now you know… this information I gift to you.
I’m ready for you, so do your worst.

Dear Captor had me completely engrossed in this twisted thriller by author Liz Lovelock! The storyline is unique and thrilling and I had a hard time putting my Kindle down! It is the first of three books in the Letters in Blood series, which does end in a cliffhanger.
Elenore has had a difficult childhood and was adopted by her neighbor Suzie after her parents abandoned her. She has been through a lot and doesn’t give up easily in anything she does. Elenore currently is working as an assistant to an editor and she soon discovers one of her co-workers, Rebecca, is missing. Elenore is distraught as there is a string of women being murdered. What will happen when the Police question Elenore?
Dear Captor has many twists and turns and I was constantly trying to put all the puzzle pieces together. It’s exciting, suspenseful and I can’t wait for the next in the series!
